The Hurst family owns this jewel in the crown of Fylde Coast retreats. They offer you a warm welcome to this picturesque inn, with stunning views over the ever-changing River Wyre. This modern/traditional village inn has undergone a transformation in recent years, the latest changes being an extension to the front of the inn and the addition of eight brand new en-suite rooms. From the restaurant, diners can watch the world drift by whilst sampling the Shards wonderful upmarket pub food. All the food is freshly prepared in-house and you can choose from the daily, evening or specials menus.
