Now into its fifteenth year, The Saracen's is a perennial favourite amongst old customers, and continues to surprise and delight new arrivals who stumble upon it. As Norfolk itself continues to flourish, flirting with the fickle 'outside world', it maintains all its attractions with dignity, whilst successfully expanding its varied tourism and entertainment industry. And the Saracen's Head continues to prove itself as a great Norfolk constant. Yet change is not alien to the Saracen's. The menu still reflects Robert's great love for our County and country, but he also brings in many Mediterranean twists and influences. The Blackboard changes daily as he and his team cook up fresh and local ingredients to form many a 'wild and tame' treat. He is always mingling new ideas with the Saracen's more traditional favourites.
