Northcote is a handsome Victorian House privately owned with fourteen very attractive bedrooms. Recently refurbished, all the rooms are individually decorated and designed to reflect the overall style of the house, many having magnificent views. The Manor is located in the Ribble Valley in Lancashire's famous beauty spot called 'the heart of England'. Both the hotel and restaurant have won top awards for outstanding quality in food and wine and for the friendly and warm style of service. In 1995 with Nigel Haworth won the Egon Ronay British Meat Chef of the Year, followed closely by his first Michelin Star in 1996, which has been successfully retained for the last 4 years. Recent awards include 'Independent Hotel of the Year 1999', (voted by the Caterer and Hotelkeeper) and in the same year Nigel Haworth won the prestigious Chef and Potter trophy for Britain/Ireland's Top Chef.
