Originally built as an opulant out of town residence for a wealthy Victorian Glasgow wool merchant this country house hotel has been recently completely refurbished to reflect its Victorian heritage. The hotel enjoys stunning views of the lochside and the hills above Arrochar and has 6 dedicated 15 tonne moorings for those wishing to bring their yacht. We offer excellent quality light meals and specials in the Lounge Bar at Lunch and from 6.00 - 7.00 pm daily. In addtion our Fine Dining restaurant is open from from 7 - 9.00 pm.Knockderry House is set in its own mature grounds amidst glorious marine mountain scenery and yet is less than 20 minutes from Loch Lomond and 45 minutes from Glasgow Airport.The Hotel has recently received an AA Rosette for the quality of food.It has also been award a 4 star rating by Visitscotland
