 	Godolphin Arms, Marazion, Cornwall

Perched on the sea wall at the end of the causeway to St. Michael's Mount, in historic Marazion this family run Inn offers ten en suite guest bedrooms, a choice of bars, beachside terrace and a varied menu. The outlook from The Godolphin lounge bar, and many of the bedrooms is simply stunning, with uninterrupted views to the Island and castle and across Mounts Bay towards Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole. The Godolphin has direct access to a large sandy beach, and at low tide, the causeway leading to St. Michael's Mount is revealed. At high tide, the waves lap at the Godolphin's walls, giving an ever changing scene. Open every day of the year, The Godolphin Arms is at the centre of this small community, and is a popular venue for both locals and visitors. Marazion is a great base for getting the most out of your stay in Cornwall with St. Ives, Penzance, and The Lands End and Lizard Peninsulars waiting to be explored. Daytrips to The Isles of Scilly are easily accesible with the heliport and boat just a few minutes drive away. For those without a car, we couldn't be better placed, with so much to be discovered on our doorstep, plus good local transport links if you wish to venture further afield.
